Are these actual properties available for sale?
No. EstateFlow is a website template and the properties, places, team members and prices displayed are fictitious demonstration content. Replace them with your own verified listings before public launch.
Does the template include a property database or CMS?
No. Property information is in an easy-to-edit JavaScript data file. You can integrate it with your preferred CMS, API or backend.
How do the contact forms work?
The form validates user input locally and opens a prefilled email draft in the visitor’s email application. It does not automatically submit messages or store personal data. A real server or form service must be connected for automated delivery.
Can clients save and compare properties?
Yes. Favorites and the three-property comparison are stored using browser local storage. They are not synchronized across devices.
Can I customize the design and listings?
Yes. The source code, SVG architectural illustrations, text, colors and layout are editable. Read the documentation included with the package.
Is online booking or live mortgage approval included?
No. Viewing requests use the contact form. The mortgage calculator is an illustrative principal-and-interest estimate only; it does not provide a quote, tax, insurance, or credit approval.
